Please note that as of 31 July 2000, I have narrowed my practice and have ceased doing landlord/tenant work. I have really enjoyed the work and the clients, but it is time for something new. Despite the change in my practice, I intend to keep these pages running as much useful information is still found herein. Things on these pages include information about what an eviction is, the general process involved in evictions, the general time it takes to evict a tenant, copies of legal notices, how to serve the notices, maps to the court house, and links to relevant statutes.
